Lake District National Park Authority Agenda Item: 11 d) Authority: 20 June 2012 Page 6 The Compliance Planner presented the report outlining the breach of planning control at the Salutation Hotel, Ambleside, which it was considered expedient to take enforcement action against. Since writing the report, the landowner had agreed to remove the containers, but the Compliance Planner felt it prudent to continue to serve the enforcement notice. Decided: the <strong>Committee</strong> agreed the serving of an enforcement notice to: a) secure the removal of the two containers. 57/12 Delegated Compliance Matters Certain planning enforcement and related actions are delegated to the Head of <strong>Development</strong> Management. It is a requirement of the scheme of delegation that such actions be reported to the next available <strong>Development</strong> <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Committee</strong> for information. The report provides that information.
