Step Aerobics/Muscle Conditioning, Stretching & Relaxing<br />

Using steps designed in conjunction with Reebok, you will get a great cardiovascular<br />

workout, plus the added benefits of muscle conditioning, deep stretching, and relaxation.<br />

The class is taught in a fun and energetic atmosphere, so be prepared to sweat! Get the<br />

whole body, mind, and soul experience. Wear loose clothing and athletic shoes. Before<br />

starting any fitness program, please consult with a physician.<br />

Belly Dancing<br />

Tone your torso, foster self-confidence, or entice your partner with this ancient art form.<br />

Julie Raber teaches the classical Egyptian Belly Dance which includes basic finger-cymbal<br />

techniques. Come and enjoy this attractive and feminine expression of graceful dance.<br />

This class will conclude with a belly dance recital.<br />

Julie Raber has instructed the art of Belly Dancing for over 20 years, and<br />

Lydia Lopez has studied extensively under Julie’s teachings.<br />

Learn Egyptian and Arabic Troupe Dances taught by dance teacher and choreographer<br />

Julie Raber. Students will master self-confidence and stage presence. Feel the excitement<br />

of being able to dance before an audience in a group. Prerequisite: Must have already<br />

taken or are currently taking a beginning belly dance class. Intermediate and advanced<br />

dancers are welcomed.<br />

(4th Grade – Adult)<br />

Learn to make better-informed dietary choice and discover why exercise is essential for<br />

optimum health. This course will cover the fundamentals of food and exercise and lead<br />

the way towards a healthier you! *$25 material fee payable in class for handouts and<br />

recipes.<br />

Silvia Nena has been educating parents and children on nutrition and simple<br />

fitness for the past three and half years.<br />
