During a single four-hour demonstration/lecture class, you will explore beer-making ingredients, equipment, beer styles, and the brewing process using extract and specialty grains. Homebrew will be sampled and evaluated during breaks in the brewing action. Fee includes $5 for ingredients/samples. Class location is TBA. This course is designed to give the beginner the basic guitar playing techniques including how to read music, play chords and melodies by ear, accompany, tune, and maintain your instrument. Students must bring their guitar and pencil to every class. Course is designed for acoustic guitars, electric is only acceptable if you have a very small amp. Class size is limited, register early!
