Golf with Marilyn Cohn
(Last Chance to Learn From Renowned P.E. Professor Marilyn Cohn)
Golf is more than a game. It is a “life altering” experience. This class is
unique in that you will learn about the game, while you are playing golf.
All students will have two sessions at Dominquez Driving Range. The third
session will be a playing lesson. Beginners will be given a playing lesson
at Dominquez. Safety, etiquette, course management, and the rules will be
emphasized while maneuvering your golf ball around the course.
*Additonal material fees: driving range balls, playing fees, golf booklets,
video. All students will need to purchase a $20 golf card. Beginners do not
need to own golf clubs to learn. Students who already own clubs may bring
the following: Putter, Pitching Iron, an Iron of any size, and a 5 or 7 Wood.
Marilyn Cohn, PhD, Professor Emeritus, has lead popular golf classes for decades.

Introduction to Horsemanship
Learn the basics of horse care and horseback riding.
Throughout this intimate course, we will develop
your riding skills with fun and safety in mind. Jeans
and boots recommended. All helmets, horses and
equipment provided. Class limited to 5 students.
Class meets at the Portuguese Bend Riding Club.
Callie Bell has been teaching horseback riding to all
ages for over 20 years.
