Discussion on the minutes from Oct 12, <strong>2005</strong> meeting.<br />
Motion to approve the minutes from the Oct 12, <strong>2005</strong> meeting with the amendments.<br />

Treasurer’s Report<br />
- Treasurer Robinson advised taxes were filed in October.<br />
- The fee for tax filing is $750.<br />
Motion: To approve the Treasurers report.<br />

Membership Report<br />
- The 119 th recruit class will graduate in December.<br />
- The <strong>Association</strong> will continue its current marketing plan.
Training – Education<br />
- The Captains exam will be in December <strong>2005</strong>.<br />
- The calendar Jan and Feb 2006 should be updated next meeting.<br />
- Details will include dates, times, expenses etc.<br />
- FF Lyle Koegler is continuing his project on the <strong>Association</strong> website.<br />
- The <strong>Association</strong> owns the rights to L.A <strong>County</strong> <strong>Firefighters</strong>.org.net.com<br />
Marketing<br />
- The <strong>Association</strong>’s marketing materials will include the web address.<br />
Motion to authorize a $400 expenditure for FF Lyle Koegler to purchase an<br />
Adobe Acrobat 7.0 and USB thumb drive to facilitate further development of the<br />
<strong>Association</strong>’s website.<br />

Motion to authorize expenditure for up to $800 to customize the automated<br />
enrollment on the <strong>Association</strong>’s master calendar.<br />

- There are 35 custom bags in stock for the 119 th class.<br />
Motion to authorize expenditure for $220 to purchase 50 bags with the<br />
<strong>Association</strong>’s web address for future recruit classes.<br />
