Richard Blanc, a chartered member of Lake Erie Chapter 112,<br />
has not been to a Chapter meet<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> over three years, for medical<br />
reasons. For the past year he has been conf<strong>in</strong>ed to Wickliffe<br />
Country Place (a nurs<strong>in</strong>g home), as he is not able to walk any<br />
longer.<br />
