Court, $5,000.<br />
We are presently having<br />
a 2’x2’ black granite<br />
stone engraved which<br />
will be placed at the<br />
<strong>Veterans</strong> Park located at<br />
<strong>War</strong>wick, R.I. We expect<br />
to have this in place in<br />
approx 2 weeks. We will<br />
notify you of it’s completion.<br />
Lifting device presented to <strong>Veterans</strong> Home,<br />
Bristal, RI.<br />
We have a class at the Eldridge Elementary School located at<br />
East Greenwich, RI on December 5, 2000 and are scheduling other<br />
classes.<br />
Provided an electronic patient lifting device to the Rhode Island<br />
<strong>Veterans</strong> Home located at Bristol, RI. Cost for this device $3,800.<br />

Gave our first class to a group of approx 80 students at the St. Paul<br />
Elementary School located in Cranston, RI. Shown are John Caruso, Mike<br />

approved by the Dept.<br />
of Defense.<br />

Pittsburgh based General Matthew B. Ridgway Chapter of<br />
<strong>KWVA</strong> distributed the mini version of the Korea <strong>War</strong> Service<br />
Medal to 53 hospitalized <strong>Korean</strong> <strong>War</strong> <strong>Veterans</strong> at the Aspinwall,<br />
Pa. <strong>Veterans</strong> Medical Facility. Ambulatory <strong>Veterans</strong> were presented<br />
the award in the patio area and the wards were visited by<br />
our veterans to present the mini-medals to those who could not<br />
make their way to the ceremony<br />
