Victory to Radha, the Divine lover. Govinda and Gopala are sacred names of 

Krishna, meaning ruler and protector of the cows respectively. This chant 

speaks of Krishna who not only dances with His beloved, but who protects all of 

creation and all forms of life. Bolo is to speak or sing - as we do in this mantra to 

the eternal beloveds intoxicated with Love for each other. The dance of their 

infinite hearts blesses the world and heals all hearts.
