3. Feeding from a victim through eye contact is best practiced<br />
when you are in a position to be sitting with others for an<br />
amount of time. Good testing grounds are restaurants,<br />
classrooms, pubs, and a classic feeding ground is church. An<br />

church, feeding from the energy that was being flung in every<br />
direction. Select a target who is seated close by and is facing<br />
you. Begin to feed from your target in the same way that was<br />
learned when practicing psychic vampirism through close<br />
proximity; it is rare for her to not look in your direction when<br />
she is being drained by you. When she does, hold eye contact<br />
with her as long as possible. The moment your eyes meet,<br />
sense a definite link being established between you. Visualizing<br />
this link as a blue ray of light may be helpful. You will find a<br />
greater pull of power from her through her eyes than ever<br />
before. Maintain eye contact as long as you are able to, pulling<br />
her life from her through the gaze. Looking into another<br />
person's eyes, especially a stranger, for any longer than a<br />
passing moment tends to make most everyone uncomfortable.<br />
Break through this social barrier and use your victim's<br />
discomfort as yet another opening into her soul. Her greater<br />
will, her unconscious understanding of her spiritual violation<br />
will gnaw at her mind until she rips her gaze away from you.<br />
Once she looks away, cease feeding from her and move to a new<br />
target. When you are able to initiate feeding the moment your<br />
eyes meet someone else's, you should be able to feed on anyone<br />
that is within sight.<br />
4. Feeding from multiple targets at once requires the development<br />
of what are often called "astral tendrils." These tendrils are<br />
spontaneous rays of light which attach to a person and siphon<br />
their energy into you. Seen with awakened vision, tendrils<br />
look like small sunbursts Whipping out from the vampire's aura,<br />
and sometimes take a manifestation similar to that of the<br />
photographed ectoplasm of early 1900'S psychic mediums. At<br />
a party, gathering, or even at work or school, select two targets,<br />
