to fade, beeoming more difficult with each second to hold on to. As you<br />
did with the charging of Kaltemtal's seal, as the mental image fades<br />
completely from your concentration, state, "King Paimon, send your<br />
emissaries and familiars to (name of target), to bring about the influence<br />
and change which I desire. (Insert here a brief deseription of what<br />
influenee you'd like made.) By all the Powers of Darkness, I send you<br />
forth to (name of target) to make this so. My will be done."<br />
As the desired effect is personal to you and will occur with someone<br />
with whom you associate, you should keep thc sigH in your wallet,<br />
pocket, purse, or otherwise on your person. Also, as the effect is on your<br />
external reality rather than on yourself, it is advised that you not<br />
dwell on the goal, the sigil, the working, or the suecessful completion<br />
thereof. By the Law of Rcversed Effort, the less attention you pay to the<br />
thing, the more effective it will ultimately be.<br />
The same day that the fruits of the Working are manifested, the<br />
sigil should be burned and the ashes interred as previously instrueted.<br />
With this, and all other sigils, a new sigil should be drawn for eaeh<br />
separate goal, rather than put away for a future Working.<br />

Belial's name has always been<br />
synonymous with destruction,<br />

Goetia, Belial is "... a Mighty and Powerful King, and was created next<br />
after Lucifer."' Although he provides excellent power over others, and<br />
can raise the Sorcerer to a state of temporal power and influence, it is<br />
his command over 80 legions of familiars which is of value in this<br />
exercise.<br />
Two black candles are used in this ritual, one to each side of the<br />
drawn sigil. The preparatory visualizations and the drawing of the<br />
