Approved by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, Order in Council No. 140/2005<br />
This <strong>Provincial</strong> <strong>Policy</strong> <strong>Statement</strong> was issued under Section 3 <strong>of</strong> the Planning Act <strong>and</strong> came into<br />
effect March 1, 2005. It replaces the <strong>Provincial</strong> <strong>Policy</strong> <strong>Statement</strong> issued May 22, 1996, <strong>and</strong><br />
amended February 1, 1997.
