Adorable, entertaining and at times silly, he spends his days playing and hopping around his indoor habitat. His idea of bunny bliss is a long petting session with his favorite people friends, and although he remains content at the San Diego Humane Society, he hopes to find his forever home soon! SG “Eyes of San Diego” Book Reflects the Joys of Pet Adoption Acclaimed San Diego-based animal photographer Beth Mallon has collaborated with the San Diego Humane Society and SPCA to produce her third postcard book titled Eyes of San Diego. The limited edition book features 30 mail-ready postcards with endearing portraits of local pets both adopted from and available for adoption at local area shelters. Mallon is donating 100 percent of proceeds from the sale of the book directly to the programs and services of the San Diego Humane Society. Eyes of San Diego reflects a goal shared by the San Diego Humane Society and Beth Mallon: highlighting the joys of pet adoption and ownership. “This is a testimony to the success of second chances,” writes Mallon in the book’s forward. “And in this celebration, it is our hope that you are also reminded of the thousands of companion animals that are still waiting for homes each day and that rely on the generosity and support of the San Diego community.” Only 1,000 copies of this collectible book have been printed.
