SCOPE OF WORK<br />
GENERAL<br />
The intent of this Section is to specify <strong>the</strong> <strong>work</strong> items to be covered on ‘Turnkey Basis’ in<br />
con<strong>for</strong>mity with <strong>the</strong> technical specifications as enumerated in <strong>the</strong> subsequent clauses <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>work</strong><br />
:- Repair, Renovation of existing Elevated Storage Reservoir (ESR) of capacity 2.00 lakh<br />
Ltrs. and 15.00 Mtr. staging including all Civil, Mechanical & PH <strong>work</strong>s at Kalunga I/E,<br />
Rourkela.<br />

A. Items of Work to be Executed:<br />
1. Repair, Renovation of existing Elevated Storage Reservoir <strong>for</strong> water supply to<br />
Kalunga I/E, Rourkela.<br />
a) Lightening arrestor with conductor earthing etc. complete as required at site & as<br />
per direction of E.I.C.<br />
b) Vent repair with jally replacement etc. complete.<br />
c) Cleaning, roughening and Grading plaster to top dome with 1:4 CM, 12 mm thick<br />
(including all materials, scaffolding, labour & T&P) etc. complete & as directed by<br />
EIC.<br />
d) Grouting to container wall and conical wall ( including all materials, scaffolding,<br />
labour & T&P) as required <strong>for</strong> total water proof of leakage water from container as<br />
required and as per direction of E.I.C.<br />
e) Cleaning, roughening and plastering to container inner wall with 1:3 CM, 12 mm<br />
thick with punning using WPC of vertical wall, cone, Bottom Dome and all (including<br />
all materials, scaffolding, labour & T&P).<br />
