CLAUSE - XXXVIII : Reduction of dust at work site and use of face mask by the workers in the duty area should be strictly followed. CLAUSE - XXXIX : Solid waste at the work site shall be segregated and shall be disposed off safely. SCOPE OF WORK GENERAL The intent of this Section is to specify the work items to be covered on ‘Turnkey Basis’ in conformity with the technical specifications as enumerated in the subsequent clauses for the work :- Repair, Renovation of existing Elevated Storage Reservoir (ESR) of capacity 2.00 lakh Ltrs. and 15.00 Mtr. staging including all Civil, Mechanical & PH works at Kalunga I/E, Rourkela. Location: Town:- District:- State:- Beldhi at Kalunga I.E., Rourkela. Sundargarh Orissa. A. Items of Work to be Executed: 1. Repair, Renovation of existing Elevated Storage Reservoir for water supply to Kalunga I/E, Rourkela. a) Lightening arrestor with conductor earthing etc. complete as required at site & as per direction of E.I.C. b) Vent repair with jally replacement etc. complete. c) Cleaning, roughening and Grading plaster to top dome with 1:4 CM, 12 mm thick (including all materials, scaffolding, labour & T&P) etc. complete & as directed by EIC. d) Grouting to container wall and conical wall ( including all materials, scaffolding, labour & T&P) as required for total water proof of leakage water from container as required and as per direction of E.I.C. e) Cleaning, roughening and plastering to container inner wall with 1:3 CM, 12 mm thick with punning using WPC of vertical wall, cone, Bottom Dome and all (including all materials, scaffolding, labour & T&P). 47
