G E N E R A L C O N D I T I O N S
The tender submitted by the tenderer shall remain valid for acceptance for
a period of 120 days (One hundred twenty) days from the date of opening
of tender.
The E.S.R. should totally leak proof of water from container and entire
repair work of concrete, plaster, stair including painting etc. all complete
and as per direction of E.I.C. The technical specification for each items of
work has been furnished separately in the Tender document. The work is
inclusive of testing & commissioning strictly as per IS Specification/ EIC.
Measurement of reinforcement steel will be done as per ISI standard
weight. Nothing Extra will be paid for rolling factor
All cost of mandatory testing of construction materials (as per ISS) will be
borne by the Contractor.
On acceptance of tender, the successful tender will have to execute
agreement with latest addition and alternation made till the date of opening
of the tender paper in non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100.00 & sufficient
cartridge paper which will be given by the tenderer
The Contractor shall have to arrange water and power himself so as to execute
the work as per the time schedule. Nothing extra will be paid on this
account.The consumption of cement will be calculated as per latest OPWD
analysis of rate. The Contractor has to make arrangement for keeping cement
in his store. Watch and ward is to be maintained by the Contractor.The
Engineer-in-charge or his representative reserves the right to check the store
at any time. The Contractor has to maintain a proper stock book showing daily
consumption and balance etc.
7. The contractor has to make his own arrangement for approach road to the
work site etc. as required.
