Sub: Repair, Renovation of existing Elevated Storage Reservoir (ESR) of capacity 2.00
lakh Ltrs. and 15.00 Mtr. staging including all Civil, Mechanical & PH works at
Kalunga I/E, Rourkela.
1. Having examined the Drawings, Conditions of Contract, Specification and Bill of Quantities
for the execution of the above named works, I/We, the undersigned, offer to execute,
complete and maintain the whole of the said works in conformity with the said Drawings,
Condition of Contract, Specifications and Bill of Quantities for the sum of
(Rs................................................. ...................... ...................... .....................) or such
other sum as may be ascertained in accordance with the said Conditions.
2. I/We undertake, if my/our Bid is accepted, to commence the works as per stipulation
prescribed in the tender document and complete and deliver the whole of the works
comprised in the Contract within 03 (Three ) Calendar Mmnths from the date of issue of
work order .
3. If my/our Bid is accepted I/We will furnish a security in the form of Bank Guarantee
(approved form) to be jointly and severally bound with me/us in an amount of 2 (Two)
percent of the above named sum in accordance with the Conditions of Contract or a
Demand Draft in an amount of 2 (Two) percent of the above named sum in accordance with
the Conditions of Contract.
4. I/We agree to abide by this Bid for the period of 120 (One hundred twenty) days from the
date of Bid opening prescribed in the general rules and guide lines to contractors and it
shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the expiration of that
period.
