The ordinary General Meeting of May 13, <strong>2004</strong>, marked the end<br />
of the term of office of General Council member R. Engelbert<br />
Wenckheim. Christian Domany, then Secretary-General of the<br />
Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and since October 1, <strong>2004</strong>,<br />
Member of the Management Board of Flughafen Wien AG, was<br />
appointed as his successor.<br />
At its session of July 6, <strong>2004</strong>, the federal government decided to<br />
appoint Philip Go‹th, certified public accountant, tax consultant and<br />
partner of Deloitte Austria, and to reappoint Johann Marihart as<br />
members of the General Council, both with effect from August 1,<br />
<strong>2004</strong>. The term of office of General Council member Karl Werner<br />
Ru‹sch ended on July 31, <strong>2004</strong>.<br />
Richard Leutner and Lorenz Fritz resigned from their seats in the<br />
General Council with effect from July 1, <strong>2004</strong>, and August 13,<br />
<strong>2004</strong>, respectively. Georg Kovarik, Head of the Austrian Trade<br />
Union FederationÕs Economics Division, and Elisabeth Gu‹rtler-<br />
Mauthner, Managing Director of Sacher Hotels Betriebsges.m.b.H.<br />
and Vice President of the O‹ sterreichische Hoteliersvereinigung,<br />
were appointed as their successors at the extraordinary General<br />
Meeting of September 9, <strong>2004</strong>.<br />
