Il-ħatra ta’ kandidati msemmija f’(b), (ċ), (d) u (e) hawn<br />

fuq teħtieġ il-ħruġ ta’ liċenzja tax-xogħol f’dawk il-każijiet<br />

fejn hija meħtieġa skont l-Att dwar l-Immigrazzjoni u<br />

leġiżlazzjoni sussidjarja. Il-Korporazzjoni għax-Xogħol u<br />

t-Taħriġ għandha tiġi kkonsultata skont il-ħtieġa dwar din<br />

il-materja.<br />

(ii) ikunu kapaċi jikkomunikaw bil-lingwa Maltija u dik<br />

Ingliża;<br />

(iii) ikollhom first degree rikonoxxuta u pertinenti<br />

f’Livell 6 <strong>tal</strong>-MQF preferibbilment fil-Kummerċ, jew<br />

kwalifika rikonoxxuta xierqa u kumparabbli; jew<br />

(iv) ikunu Uffiċjali Pubbliċi fi Skala ta’ Salarju mhux<br />

anqas minn Skala 12 bi tliet (3) snin esperjenza f’xogħol<br />

rilevanti;<br />

Kwalifiki li huma ta’ livell ogħla minn dak rikjest hawn<br />

fuq jiġu aċċettati għall-fini ta’ eliġibbiltà, sakemm dawn<br />

ikunu fis-suġġetti mitluba.<br />

Dawk il-kandidati li ma jkunux għadhom ġabu l-kwalifiki<br />

msemmija hawn fuq formalment xorta jiġu kkunsidrati, basta<br />

jipprovdu evidenza li ġew appovati għall-għoti <strong>tal</strong>-kwalifiki<br />

msemmija sal-ħin u d-data <strong>tal</strong>-għeluq ta’ din is-sejħa għallapplikazzjonijiet.<br />

Kunsiderazzjoni xierqa tingħata għal esperjenza rilevanti<br />

ppruvata.<br />

(v) ikunu ta’ karattru morali tajjeb (applikanti li diġà<br />

qegħdin jaħdmu fis-Servizz Pubbliku jridu jippreżentaw is-<br />

Service and Leave Record Form (GP 47); filwaqt li dawk li<br />

japplikaw minn barra jridu jippreżentaw ċertifikat riċenti <strong>tal</strong>kondotta<br />

maħruġ mill-Pulizija jew awtorità oħra kompetenti<br />

mhux aktar minn sitt (6) xhur qabel id-data ta’ din is-sejħa,<br />

u jindikaw jekk qatt kinux impjegati <strong>tal</strong>-<strong>Gvern</strong> u jagħtu d-<br />

det<strong>tal</strong>ji).<br />

6.1 Persuni rreġistrati mal-Kummissjoni Nazzjonali<br />

għall-Persuni b’Diżabilità (KNPD) jistgħu jgawdu<br />

minn ‘bdil raġonevoli’ skont l-Artikolu 7 <strong>tal</strong>-Att dwar<br />

Opportunitajiet Indaqs (Persuni b’Diżabilità), (Kap. 413),<br />

anke jekk ma jkunux jissodisfaw għal kollox il-parametri <strong>tal</strong>eliġibbiltà<br />

għall-pożizzjoni. Dan basta jkunu jistgħu jwettqu<br />

d-dmirijiet relatati mal-pożizzjoni fl-essenza tagħhom, u<br />

sakemm ikun hemm qbil min-naħa <strong>tal</strong>-Uffiċċju tar-Riżorsi<br />

Umani fl-Amministrazzjoni Pubblika u approvazzjoni <strong>tal</strong>-<br />

Kummissjoni dwar is-Servizz Pubbliku.<br />

6.2 Is-sottomissjonijiet skont din il-klawsola għandhom<br />

jintbagħtu mal-formola <strong>tal</strong>-applikazzjoni u għandhom<br />

ikunu msaħħa b’dokumenti rilevanti li jinkludu evidenza<br />

dokumentata tar-reġistrazzjoni ta’ min japplika mal-KNPD.<br />

The appointment of candidates referred to at (b), (c), (d)<br />

and (e) above would necessitate the issue of an employment<br />

licence in so far as this is required by the Immigration Act<br />

and subsidiary legislation. The Employment and Training<br />

Corporation should be consulted as necessary on this issue.<br />

(ii) have the ability to communicate in the Maltese and<br />

English languages;<br />

(iii) in possession of a recognized pertinent first degree<br />

at MQF Level 6 preferably in Commerce, or a recognized<br />

appropriate comparable qualification; or<br />

(iv) Public Officers in a Salary Scale not below Scale 12<br />

with three (3) years relevant work experience;<br />

Qualifications at a level higher than that specified above<br />

will be accepted for eligibility purposes, provided they meet<br />

any specified subject requirements.<br />

Moreover, candidates who have not yet formally<br />

obtained any of the above-mentioned qualifications will<br />

still be considered, provided that they submit evidence that<br />

they have been approved for the award of the qualifications<br />

in question by the closing time and date of the call for<br />

applications.<br />

Due consideration will be given to any proven relevant<br />

experience.<br />

(v) of good moral character (applicants who are already<br />

in the <strong>Malta</strong> Public Service must produce a Service and<br />

Leave Record Form (GP 47); those applying from outside<br />

the Service must produce a Certificate of Conduct issued by<br />

the Police or other competent authority not earlier than six<br />

(6) months from the date of this call for applications and<br />

state whether they have ever been in Government Service,<br />

giving details).<br />

6.1 Persons registered with the National Commission<br />

for Persons with a Disability (NCPD) may be given<br />

reasonable accommodation in terms of Article 7 of the Equal<br />

Opportunities (Persons with Disability) Act, (Cap. 413),<br />

even if they do not satisfy in full the eligibility requirements<br />

for this position provided they can carry out, in essence, the<br />

duties related to the position and subject to the concurrence<br />

of the Public Administration Human Resources Office and<br />

approval of the Public Service Commission.<br />

6.2 Representations in terms of this clause should be<br />

attached to the application forms and supported with relevant<br />

documents which must also include documentary evidence<br />

of registration with the NCPD. Reasoned justifications
