Elks Home Service The PA Elks Home Service Program provides support and advocacy services to children and adults who live with disabilities, as well as to their families and other caregivers. Nurses visit with the individual or family in their own home and provide information about how to access resources and services so they can become as independent as possible. They will accompany parents to IEP meetings and other supportive services necessary for successful advocating.
