Elks Home Service<br />

The PA Elks Home Service Program provides support and advocacy services to <strong>children</strong><br />

and adults who live <strong>with</strong> disabilities, as well as to their families and other caregivers.<br />

Nurses visit <strong>with</strong> the individual or family in their own home and provide in<strong>for</strong>mation about<br />

how to access resources and services so they can become as independent as possible.<br />

They will accompany <strong>parents</strong> to IEP meetings and other supportive services necessary<br />

<strong>for</strong> successful advocating.<br />
