138 Chapter 6: Running a print job VCode User Guide Test printing with a print job in sticky mode Introduction There are several ways to perform test prints using VCode Diagnostics, but none of these methods use schemas. You can use a function called “sticky mode” to conveniently test the schemas that you intend to use in a print job, as well as the function of the VCode. About sticky mode In sticky mode you press the green button once to start labelling and again to stop. The VCode will repeatedly label the same plate. Procedure To set up sticky mode: 1. Set up a print job that conforms to your test requirements. 2. Select Edit > Preferences. 3. Click the Jobs tab. 4. Select Enable sticky mode. 5. Click OK. 6. Press the green button to start the test. 7. Press the green button to stop the test. Related information For more information about...
