Purpose of visit: as part of a delegation of the Conservative Friends of India at the invitation<br />

of the High Commission in London and the Ministry of External Affairs, Delhi, meeting<br />

politicians and businessmen in Delhi and Mumbai.<br />

Purpose of visit: as part of the AFPS to allow MPs to experience service life and to improve<br />

their understanding of the training and the associated resource implications required to train<br />

the army and prepare it for operations.<br />
