The following field types may be used: • Text field (textbox) • Checkbox () • Explanatory text (without input) • Diagram (GIF, JPEG) • Link (URL) The validation rule (regex) is composed of regular expressions (please refer to w ww.regular-expressions.info). By default, the following regular expressions are applied: • NotEmpty (input field may not be blank) • ZIPCODE (postcode, 4 digits, numeric) • E-mail (structure and @ provided) The biller can select other validation rules for the additional data (e. g. insurance number check or credit card number check). However, it is not possible to check one field based on another field. 12.3 PostFinance standard cancellation form The cancellation masks are created in four languages, like the registration masks. The structure and fields in the cancellation mask correspond to those of the registration mask (see section 12.2). Instead of “Registration” the mask is entitled “Cancellation”. Apart from the first name, last name or company name, the biller usually defines an additional field which must be completed by the recipient when cancelling the service. 12.4 Registration and cancellation data (output) Registration and cancellation data are delivered either individually by e-mail or grouped in a file. Data from direct registrations can only be delivered as a file. 12.4.1 Individual registrations by e-mail For each registration or cancellation, the corresponding data and the bill recipient’s EBillAccountID are sent to the biller in an e-mail. Comments: • For a registration “eBill User registration” is entered under “subject”, and for a cancellation “eBill User deregistration” is entered. • The UserID corresponds to the bill recipient’s EBillAccountID. • Any additional data agreed are delivered as well. 12.4.2 Several registrations per day by file The data from direct registrations, registrations and cancellations are tracked consecutively in a daily CSV file and sent to the biller.
