Billers can ask PostFinance to forward data to network partners. Billers
can thus reach bill recipients via PostFinance that are connected to partner
systems. The registrations differ in terms of the origin of the subscriber
number for e-bill. If the biller wishes to distinguish between the PostFinance
system and partner systems in his master data, he may do so using this
feature.
Bill recipients may register via PostFinance with billers linked to partner
systems.
Users of the PostFinance e-bill solution do not need any additional agreements
with network partners (single point of contact).

1.8.1 PostFinance
PostFinance is a business unit of Swiss Post. It is responsible for the strategy,
continued development and marketing of the PostFinance e-bill solution.
PostFinance is the contractual partner for billers, bill recipients and service
providers (biller service provider and customer service provider) and network
partners, who use the e-bill solution.
PostFinance is also responsible for process and system operations of the
e-finance application and its functions. In this capacity it acts as a CSP.
1.8.2 Swiss Post Solutions AG
Swiss Post Solutions AG is a Swiss Post subsidiary. On behalf of PostFinance,
it is responsible for developing, operating and support for the solution,
including its interfaces to customers, service providers and partners.
