Semiconductor; budget negotiations <strong>with</strong> Schlumberger. Restructures lab operations and<br />

initiates new projects, including first explorations of shale oil rock in the Middle East and<br />

improved seismic profiling in North Sea. Work <strong>with</strong> assistant B. R. Perlman and CFO E. Burns.<br />
