Linux Networx Limited Warranty
Linux Networx, Inc. provides this Limited Warranty for all Linux Networx branded cluster systems that are
purchased from Linux Networx or any authorized Linux Networx distributor (the “Product(s)”). This Limited
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser (the “Customer”).
Icebox Hardware
Linux Networx warrants the Icebox hardware (the “Icebox Hardware”) included in the Product(s) to be free of
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. Linux
Networx will repair or replace original parts within the Icebox during the warranty period at the Linux
Networx service center (“Service Center”), in accordance with the specified “Procedures for Obtaining Linux
Networx Warranty Service” set forth below. This warranty is also subject to the limitations and disclaimers set
forth below in the “OTHER LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS.”
Evolocity II Hardware
Linux Networx warrants the Evolocity II hardware (the “Evolocity II Hardware”) included in the Product(s) to
be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) calendar year from the date of
purchase. Linux Networx will repair or replace original parts within the Evolocity II during the warranty period
at the Linux Networx service center (“Service Center”), in accordance with the specified “Procedures for
Obtaining Linux Networx Warranty Service” set forth below. This warranty is also subject to the limitations
and disclaimers set forth below in the “OTHER LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS.”
Third Party Hardware
Linux Networx warrants all hardware other than the Icebox Hardware (the “Third Party Hardware”) included
in the Product(s) to the extent that the manufacturers thereof warrant such hardware and that such warranties
are enforceable by Linux Networx with respect to the Product(s), subject to the terms, conditions, and
limitations imposed by such manufacturers with respect thereto. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT
COVER THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY HARDWARE THAT IS NOT
COVERED BY THE WARRANTIES OF THE MANUFACTURERS THEREOF. This warranty is also
subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and disclaimers set forth below in the “Procedures for Obtaining
Linux Networx Warranty Service” and in the “OTHER LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS.”
