Triolet 

CHIMERA’s versatile Triolet can accept 

3 lamp styles. With its unique new 2-pin 

screw-in adapter, the small, popular 650 

watt 2-pin style lamps can be used (the 

protective glass dome assembly should be 

used with 2-pin lamps). The Triolet 

directly accepts Mogul base lamps and 

medium based bulbs via a screw-in 

adapter. The CHIMERA Triolet emits a 

broad, omni-directional light that is

Inspired by a working cinematographer Rich 

Underwood, Cinematographer/Cameraman,

new CHIMERA Birdcage Lantern light

Quick Release Ring 

The CHIMERA Quick Release Ring is 

constructed of high-grade 6061/T6 aircraft 

aluminum and with its unique patented 

design, the Quick Release Ring allows you 

to set up a Lightbank as quickly as an 

umbrella! A flip of the lever allows you to 

easily release the tension of the Lightbank 

poles, simplifying setup and tear down of 

larger Lightbanks and Strip Banks. Ideal 

for the quick folding of Lightbanks to 

move through doorways or narrow sets.

Bobbinette Scrims, and 

bounce fill sources without 

the use of tools. 

PRO Panel Kits include a frame, 

white/black cloth, 1/2 grid diffusion 

cloth and a duffle. 

Cameo Kit includes a frame, 

full diffusion CHIMERA cloth, 

white/black and silver/gold zebra 

cloth, two grip heads and a duffle. 

High Def Kit includes two frames, 

1/2 and 1/4 grid cloths, white/black and 

silver/gold zebra cloths, single and double 

Bobbinette Scrims, two frame connectors 

and a duffle. 

Internal bungee cord keeps the frame segments 

together during storage and travel, and aids in 

super fast set-ups. All seven kits are priced 

to save approximately 20% off the cost of 

all components when purchased separately. 

The specially designed pin-grip system on the 

frame allows one to set up and lock the frame 

in place with a single, standard 2.5” grip head.
