găzduiește în centru o reţea de poduri unde se găsesc spaţii
special amenajate pentru întâlniri informale - brainstorming,
întâlniri formale și zone de unde se poate lua un ceai, o cafea.
Aceste poduri care fac și legătura între zonele de birouri
reprezintă un element arhitectural special creat pentru a încuraja
interacţiunea angajaţilor. Dar poate cea mai interesantă
personalizare a spaţiului în clădirea Infinity o reprezintă citatele
care împodobesc parapeţii podurilor. Tot Ioana ne-a spus
povestea lor: „Ne-am dorit ca toţi angajaţii să simtă că și-au pus
amprenta asupra acestui sediu, că au participat cumva la tot acest
proces. În plus, am mai vrut să legăm această implicare chiar de
cultura companiei, așa că soluţia găsită a fost să îi rugăm pe toţi
să voteze sau chiar să propună citate ale unor oameni celebri care
să ilustreze valorile companiei.”
Și asta nu e tot. Ioana ne-a povestit că eficienţa energetică a
„campusului” este record: de 90%, performanţa obţinută
datorită unei centrale de co-generare și a sistemul „inteligent”
de jaluzele care asigură conservarea în interiorul clădirii a unei
temperaturi constante. Alături de eficienţa energetică, sistemul
integrat de colectare selectivă a deșeurilor și investiţia în
infrastructura de 6 milioane de Euro confirmă angajamentul și
modul în care Petrom înţelege să facă business, cu respect pentru
mediu și societate.
Așadar, campusul Petrom City este mai mult decât un loc în
care vii dimineaţă, muncești și pe care îl părăsești seara fără să
te uiţi înapoi. Este un cămin al creativităţii și al colegialităţii,
confortabil și preocupat să răspundă fiecăreia dintre nevoile
angajaţilor companiei, pe scurt, o inovaţie în tot ce înseamnă
biroul de fiecare zi.
Each of the two ovals host in the middle a network of bridges
where one can find especially arranged spaces for informal
meetings-brainstorming and formal meetings, as well as areas
where one can have tea or coffee. These bridges that also
connect the offices areas represent an architectural element
created especially to encourage employees interaction. But
perhaps the most interesting space personalization of Infinity
Building is represented by the quotes that adorn bridge
railings. Ioana has told us their story:
“We wanted all employees to feel that they left their own print
on this headquarter, that they somehow participated in this
entire process. Moreover, we wanted to connect this
implication to company culture so the solution we came up
with was to ask everybody to vote or propose quotes from
famous people, to illustrate the company’s values.”
And this is not all. Ioana told us that the “campus” energy
efficiency is a real record: it amounts to 90%, a performance
obtained due to a co-generating plant and the “intelligent”
blinds system that preserves a steady temperature inside the
building. Alongside the energetic efficiency, the integrated
waste selective collection system and the 6 million Euro’s
investment in infrastructure confirms Petrom’s commitment
and the manner in which the company understands
business, with respect for the environment and society.
Therefore, Petrom City campus is more than a place you
come to in the morning, you work and then leave in the
evening without looking back. It’s a home of creativity and
fellowship, a comfortable place that aims at answering
employees’ each and every need, in a nutshell, an innovation
of everything day-to-day office means.
