Entry through a niche / branded strategy
• Developing niche generic products, and partnering & creating alliances
with European companies
• Entered into a joint developing, filing and marketing deal for 8 derma products
with Merck Generics, Germany for the European region. The first of these
products has already been filed and is targeted to be launched in 2007; the
remaining products are forecasted to be launched by 2010.
• Expanding Inorganically in select branded generics markets in Europe
• Currently in discussions with Potential company for acquisition
