How to apply to the University of Twente?
This document contains information for TU Berlin double degree students in the Master Innovation
Management and Entrepreneurship. It is important to carefully read the instructions below, before
you start the application procedure.
Non Degree exchange students (Erasmus):
Use the six steps to registration for incoming exchange students and follow the instructions:

Degree students:
To start your application procedure you need the following documents:
Your Bachelor degree certificate
Transcript of records bachelor degree
Valid passport or ID card
1. Fill in the online application form: https://osiris.utwente.nl/inkomend/Welkom.do
If this is the first time you are applying for a UT programme, please create an account using the link "If
you don't have a user name/password, click here". If you have previously applied to or studied at the
University of Twente but do not yet have a username/password, follow the link "Change
username/Password forgotten”. After confirming your account you can start the application by filling
in the form and uploading the required documents. Keep in mind that you have to answer all
questions correctly for the Admission Office to be able to process your application. After submitting
your application you will receive a confirmation of your application by e-mail. If you do not receive this
e-mail your application has not been submitted correctly.
2. You are requested to fill in your UT student number in the online form. To identify you as a
double degree student, it is important that you fill in both your UT student number (which
you will receive by email once you have created an account) and the note TU Berlin! See the
picture below. Choose Master Business Administration as degree programme.
3. As a TU Berlin double degree student you only need to upload the following documents: your
Bachelor degree certificate, Transcript of records bachelor degree, Valid passport or ID card.
In the fields of other requested documents, please fill in: ‘Does not apply to me’ or ‘Will send
later’.

4. After completing your online application the UT Admission Office will verify your application.
After a few of working days you will receive the admission decision in a letter by e-mail
and/or by regular mail.
5. ! After you have been admitted to the master programme, you will receive an e-mail from
Admission Office with a link to the Entrance Acceptance Form (EAF). Fill in and sign the EAF,
then return it to UT Admission Office to confirm your application. The UT will only continue
with further application procedures (and visa and housing) after the signed EAF has been
received.
6. Visa: Admitted UT students are assisted with arranging visa formalities by International
Office. Students cannot apply for a visa themselves; all international students requiring visa
or residence permit will be contacted by International Office and assisted with all visa
procedures.
7. Housing: International Office can assist international students in finding accommodation by
coordination supply and demand. After submitting your completed Entrance Acceptance
Form (EAF) you will receive a confirmation of receipt, including the online Housing
Application Form. This service will be on a ‘first come, first served’ basis (if students wish to
apply for housing through the International Office). It is advisable to carefully read the
information on the International Office/Housing website:

NOTE: We are allowed to give a 30% discount on our Tuition Fee to two Non EU students within the double
degree programme. These two students would then need to pay €7300 euro per year instead of €10,333.
