Howick Pakuranga Cricket Club Inc. meets the criteria and as such is not required to adopt NZ IFRS. NOTE 11 SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Executive Committee are not aware of any other matters or circumstances since the end of the reporting period, not otherwise dealt with in these financial statements, that have significantly affected or may significantly affect the operations of the Club. NOTE 12 BANK OVERDRAFT / SECURITY The ASB bank overdraft facility is secured against the buildings. NOTE 13 GOING CONCERN These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. 27
