language: even fairies can change and break out of<br />
their old stereotypes.<br />
The series Fantastic <strong>Fair</strong>ies offers a new magical<br />
universe where even the old Council of <strong>Fair</strong>ies has<br />
been modernized.<br />
Their organization looks a bit like a business<br />
management team, with a President, a Big<br />
Government Office and a secretary who uses fairy<br />
sphere-PCs: computers that have replaced the old<br />
magic crystal balls.<br />
In short, the spell of magic, mystery potions and<br />
the charm of a magic wands remains, but these new<br />
fairies are the funnier, more ironic and, above<br />
all, more modern than ever before.<br />
