Members only. This is a series of oneon-one<br />

meetings between you and your<br />

<strong>YMCA</strong> Wellness Coach where an active<br />

lifestyle plan will be created that fits<br />

best with your unique body, mind and<br />

spirit, and your current level of fitness,<br />

motivation and work/life balance. Your<br />

coach will also orient you to the Wellness<br />

Center equipment and our state-of-theart<br />

computerized FitLinxx® system. Enroll<br />

at the Member Services Desk today.<br />

Youth Fitness Certification: This is a<br />

one-on-one meeting with your Wellness<br />

Coach where you learn a safe exercise<br />

program using the cardiovascular and<br />

strength equipment in the Wellness<br />

Center. Required for all teens ages 11-15<br />

prior to use of the Wellness Center<br />

and includes an orientation about<br />

computerized FitLinxx® system.<br />

Nutrition Consultation: Our Community<br />

Hospital registered dietitian will design<br />

an eating plan to meet your personal<br />

nutritional goals and health needs,<br />

such as weight management, diabetes<br />

and heart disease. Includes a 1-hour<br />

consultation and a 30-minute follow-up.<br />

training package. Additional 30-minute<br />

W.O.W. Women-Only Wellness Center:<br />

(Ages 18+) Includes a private exercise<br />

circuit. Have your very own female<br />

instructor teach you the new cardio/<br />

strength exercise circuit! Warm-up,<br />

alternate between cardio and strength<br />

exercise, and finish with a cool-down<br />

and stretching. All in 30-45 minutes!<br />

Program in the Women’s Adult Locker Room.<br />

L.E.A.N. Start: Lifestyle/Exercise/<br />

Attitude/Nutrition - The LEAN program was<br />

developed to address the health and wellness<br />

needs of both children and adults. It<br />

makes a difference in the live of families by<br />

focusing not just on eating and exercising,<br />

but on lifestyle and attitude to create permanent<br />

changes. This is an interactive class<br />

with healthy snacks and valuable tools to<br />

improve your entire family.<br />

Fitness Frenzy: (Ages 8-12) Are you<br />

looking for jam-packed evenings of<br />

exciting exercise? Learn the basics of<br />

exercise while meeting new friends. We<br />

offer a variety of activities to promote<br />

exercise including: cardio hip-hop, Yoga,<br />

Pilates, games and team challenges.<br />
