2. Provisional bookings will be held for seven days. A £15.00 per person<br />
deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking (one<br />
cheque is appreciated i.e. no individual cheques from all attendees).<br />
3. Full payment is required before 5th November 2013.<br />
4. To avail of the complimentary bedroom, guests name must be provided<br />
by 4th November 2013.<br />
5. All enquiries are subject to availability.<br />
6. The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together wherever possible.<br />
We will not accept individual table plans.<br />
7. If pre-ordered wine is out of stock, we will replace it with a wine that<br />
is of a similar or better quality.<br />
8. We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time.<br />
9. Under NO circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments<br />
refundable except in the event of point 8.<br />
