Temperature Mediation <strong>of</strong> CLP ‣ Some northern lakes never get warm enough to facilitate high turion production and rapid senescence. ‣ CLP exists in northern lakes but rarely at high levels and usually all-yr round. ‣ As climate change increases summer temperatures, so too can conditions conducive to abundant CLP growth
