3. HAZARD INDENTIFICATION<br />

PRIMARY ROUTES OF ENTRY : Inhalation, Skin Contact, Eye Contact, Ingestion<br />

4. FIRST AID MEASURES<br />

EYE CONTACT : Flush with cool water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation develops, obtain medical<br />

assistance.<br />

SKIN CONTACT : Wash with soap and water. If irriation develops, obtain medical assistance.<br />

INHALATION : Remove victim to fresh air or uncontaminated area. Give artificial breathing if<br />

required.<br />

INGESTION : Call physician or emergency number immediately. Do not give anything by mouth<br />

or induce vomiting unless intructed by physician.<br />

SYMPTOMS : Ingestion of excessive quantities may cause nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite,<br />

extrem thirst, lethargy, diarrhea, bleeding.<br />

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN : This product contains the carbamate insecticide, propoxur a cholinesterase inhibitor.<br />

Cholinesterase inhibition result in system and the somatic motor nerves. If<br />

symptoms of carbamate poisoning are present, the administration of atropine sulfate<br />

in indicated. Administer atropine sulfate in large therapeutic doses.<br />

when not in use. Avoid contamination of lakes, stream and ponds by use, storage and disposal.
