On May 16, 2013 the <strong>Region</strong> One Education Service Center Board of Directors met to review<br />
<strong>and</strong> approve the recommendation of the <strong>Region</strong> One Purchasing Cooperative (ROPC), acting on<br />
behalf of its members, to exercise the first of two (2) one-year extension options available for<br />
Décor Services & Merch<strong>and</strong>ise Proposal 11-05-15. This proposal assists the <strong>Region</strong> One ESC<br />
<strong>and</strong> its ROPC members procure décor services, merch<strong>and</strong>ise, <strong>and</strong> related goods <strong>and</strong> services.<br />
Current vendors were offered, <strong>and</strong> accepted, the opportunity to extend their contract for an additional<br />
one (1) year period, through June 30, 2014. The following vendors are awarded for Décor<br />
Services & Merch<strong>and</strong>ise Proposal 11-05-15 based on the proposals received, including pricing<br />
<strong>and</strong> services that meet the needs of the <strong>Region</strong> One Purchasing Cooperative members:<br />
