Sub: Four-week 30 th Orientation Course from 17-09-2012 to 16-10-2012 at UGC<br />
Academic Staff College, JNTU Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad – Selection –<br />
Intimation – Reg.<br />
This is with reference to your letter / e-mail expressing interest in participating in the<br />
30 th Orientation Course organized by the UGC Academic Staff College, JNT University<br />
Hyderabad. We are happy to inform that, you have been provisionally selected for the above<br />
Course to be organized from 17-09-2012 to 16-10-2012.<br />
Participants who have applied without the D.D. of Rs. 500/- and/or not through proper<br />
channel are requested to submit the Hard copy of application sponsored by the Head of the<br />
Institution and D.D. for Rs. 500/- on or before 13-09-2012.<br />
Participants should submit the relief letter from the Head of the Institution at the time<br />
of Registration.<br />
No participant is allowed to leave the course in the middle unless she/he is permitted<br />
on genuine grounds by the UGC-ASC. In that case the participant has to attend the session<br />
during the next OC to get the certificate. No participant is allowed to go on-duty during the<br />
Course period.<br />
The course is scheduled at 10.00 AM on 17 th September, 2012, at the UGC Academic<br />
Staff College, JNT University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad – 500 085. You have to report<br />
at 9.30 A.M. on 17 th September, 2012 for registration. Kindly confirm your participation through<br />
e-mail / FAX / Courier on or before 13 th Sept., 2012, without fail. Looking forward to meet you<br />
