ORDER
University has constituted a committee on admission process and the guidelines of foreign
Nationals/PIO/NRI’s into private Engineering Colleges affiliated to JNTUH. This committee,
after detailed discussion, has formulated the guidelines and procedure based on AICTE
norms, the committee recommended to implement of foreign Nationals/PIO/NRI’s into
private Engineering Colleges affiliated to JNTUH from the academic year 2012-13.
The Executive council in its 6 th meeting held on 08-08-2012 considered the above item and
approved the admission process and the guidelines of Foreign Nationals/PIO/NRI’s into
private Engineering Colleges affiliated to JNTUH
In view of the above, the Vice-Chancellor is pleased to approve the procedure and guidelines
for the admission of foreign nationals/PIO/NRIs in private engineering colleges affiliated to
JNTUH from the academic year 2012-13 onwards is as follow

As per the norms fixed by the Government from time to time
and the eligibility of the candidate will be verified by the
JNTUH.
The Fee Structure under this category may be fixed as per
Government/ JNTUH norms.
All the admissions of students under Foreign national/ PIO`s/
NRI`s should be ratified by JNTUH before the commencement
of examination.
A copy of data files of all the students may be kept in JNTUH
for its records.
The JNTUH will inspect the colleges for verifying the
availability of all the facilities as per AICTE and JNTUH
norms.

All the works related to the admissions of Foreign Nationals/PIO/NRI`s students category in
affiliated colleges may be executed by DUFR office of JNTUH.
