4.9.2.8. Service 9: read DP slave's diagnostic information<br />
By setting bit 7, the PROFIBUS message in operand<br />
PEaxx.yy informs the DP master that the DP slave has sent<br />
diagnostic information.<br />
Service 9 allows the master to read the diagnostic information<br />
and writes it into the data field defined by the parameter<br />
field.<br />
