4.2. Going online with KUBES PC Control 645-12M used as PLC It is a prerequisite that an online connection to the PLC be made via KUBES so that transferring programs, setting the memory, commissioning and testing of programs is possible. There are two methods of going online: -- Online V.24 is the connection from the V.24 interface of PC Control 645-12M to the COM n port of the PC -- Online PC is a connection made via the PC bus (ISA) On the following pages you will find a description of how the online connections are established by KUBES. 4 - 9
