andragogical activities must be challenged, it is, learning situation is not very easy. Then<br />
andragogue’s personal performance as experienced by a conscious and effective response to<br />
the challenge and ensure that the development of personal effectiveness.<br />
Data analysis grounded expression of andragogue’s individual efficiency in andragogical<br />
activities. Respondents singled out relevant aspects of andragogical activities<br />
(communication, cooperation, personal development, striving for lifelong learning),<br />
increasing his personal effectiveness. They also confirmed findings of theoretical analysis<br />
about possibility for andragogue to make an impact upon himself in above interaction, to take<br />
advantage in self-realization, when constructively communicating with learners, to properly<br />
and precisely impart his knowledge, express his sensations and behaviour. He is able to do<br />
that, when he is purposefully involved in self-education, when he is able to control his own<br />
learning and analyze his own activities. In that way he becomes personal effectiveness in<br />
andragogical activities.<br />

ANOTACIJA<br />
Straipsnyje analizuojama viena iš andragogo profesinės veiklos sričių – realizavimo<br />
veikla didaktikos aspektu. Atskleidžiamos andragogo kaip dėstytojo realizavimo veiklos<br />
sritys, funkcijos, kompetencijos, priemonės, strategijos, būdai, metodai ir kt. Pristatomi<br />
tyrimo rezultatai: universitetų studentų ir dėstytojų požiūriai į andragogo realizavimo veiklos<br />
sritį ir jos taikymo ypatumus didaktikos aspektu. Mokslinės literatūros ir empirinių duomenų<br />
analizės pagrindu išskiriami pagrindiniai andragogo realizavimo veiklos srities ypatumai<br />
didaktikos aspektu. Pateikiama rekomendacijų universiteto dėstytojams ir studentams,<br />
siekiant efektyvinti ir tobulinti andragoginę realizavimo veiklą didaktikos aspektu.<br />
