ANOTACIJA<br />
Straipsnyje analizuojamas SŠI darbuotojų individualių ir kolektyvinių kompetencijų<br />
derinimas, jį siejant su socialinės identifikacijos konfigūracijomis ir tuo pačiu su andragogų<br />
dualiniu profesinio identiteto pobūdžiu. Autorės pateikia teorines reiškinio (individualių ir<br />
kolektyvinių kompetencijų derinimo) įžvalgas bei pristato atlikto empirinio tyrimo rezultataus<br />
PAGRINDINIAI ŽODŽIAI: andragogai, individualios, kolektyvinės kompetencijos, socialinė<br />

Summary<br />
Nowadays organizations appreciate team work, team‘s capacity to identify and<br />
solve activities problems, adapt to the various social, political, economical changes, assess<br />
and manage complex situations of professional performance. Thus, there is an aspiration not<br />
only to develop and manage individual and collective competencies, but also to pay attention<br />
towards their coordination in order to solve or avoid so called „conflict of modern identity<br />
when combining two different categories – community/ identity.<br />
Combining of individual and community competencies is still very problematic<br />
not only in Lithuania, but also in other countries and their organizations because there are<br />
questions of personal identity, social identification that acquire deep analysis. This has<br />
presupposed the research scientific problem: what is the expression of staff members’<br />
individual and community competencies’ combination in adult education organizations in the<br />
aspect of social identification configuration?<br />
The research object: coordination of individual and community competencies.<br />
The article consists of two chapters. In the Chapter One there are presented<br />
theoretical insights that allow analyzing and justifying the phenomenon of the individual and<br />
collective competencies coordination.<br />
