These IP packets, received from the Ethernet driver (via a raw socket interface), will be transmitted to the<br />
RCM packet transmission block (via a raw socket interface), which will take care of sending them on the<br />
appropriate radio bearer. We will use the message IWF_IP_PACKET for the interface between the IWF<br />
and the RCM.<br />
We will use the destination address of the IP packet to find the associated local connection reference,<br />
using the information stored in the Info Management block (match the destination address with one of the<br />
CoA of the connected Mobile Terminals).<br />
