Subject: DRYER EXHAUST CLEANING SCHEDULE<br />
Dear Residents,<br />
Cunningham’s Air Systems <strong>Cleaning</strong> Specialists, LLC will be cleaning the dryer exhaust<br />
systems in your complex on Monday, June 17, <strong>2013</strong> thru Wednesday, June 26, <strong>2013</strong><br />
from 8:30 to 3:00pm.<br />
Your cooperation in this project will be greatly appreciated. We will need to gain ACCESS<br />
to your UNIT during this time. An ADULT must be present for us to service the dryer<br />
ventilation system.<br />
Please remove all clothes from the dryer and clear the area around the dryers to<br />
allow us access to the flex hose and sub duct.<br />
The procedure for the dryer exhaust cleaning is as follows:<br />
Our technicians will clean the dryer exhaust beginning on the roof agitating and loosening<br />
lint and debris from the walls of the riser.<br />
Our technicians will also be entering all units to test the airflow of each dryer, clean the lint<br />
trap, the sub duct, and the area surrounding the dryer. The airflow of the dryer will once<br />
again be tested to ensure proper airflow has been achieved.<br />
The cleaning time will be approximately 15 to 45 minutes per unit, depending on work<br />
needed.<br />
New dryer flex hose is available for $15.00, due upon installation.<br />
LINT ALERT dryer safety alarm is available, installed, for $75.00<br />
Bathroom exhaust cleaning is available at $20 per bathroom<br />
