1-st of November, 1990, Eesti Gaas – the first<br />
Estonian state enterprise was created.<br />
In period 1993-1998 all shares was sold to<br />
foreign companies.<br />
During the year 2005 Eesti Gaas was reorganised<br />
into a group, comprising of the subsidiaries<br />
AS EG Ehitus and AS EG Võrguteenus.
