The new animeo KNX 4 AC Motor
Controller by Somfy is designed for Wago
Winsta plug-in connectors. The Motor
Controller is suitable for on-wall installation
and can control four individually parameterable
motors. Eight local push-button
inputs can be used as KNX binary inputs,
thus enabling universal functions such as
´Venetian blinds´, ´switch´, ´dim´, or ´send
value´. In addition, with the KNX radio
receiver, the room brightness can be set
exactly with a scroll wheel, e.g. switching
and dimming according to individual user
wishes. The Motor Controller can also be
easily combined with with the new Somfy
sun protection central control, animeo
KNX Master Control.
Access to the KIMaip from your application
controller is achieved via simple
bi-directional 2-wire bus (I2C). The KI-
Maip module, based on their successful
technology platform KAI, consists of a
microcontroller running KAIstack, the
certified KNX communication stack and
KAIphys the high performance KNX interface.
KIMaip may supply energy to the
application controller and your hardware
(max. 0,4W). KIMaip reduces time-tomarket
by making it easy to implement
KNX functionality. A further advantage
is the free generic database. Of course
an evaluation kit is available.
The Theben KNX OT box connects the
OT BUS commonly available with gas
terms to the KNX BUS. The interface can
be used as the master for the OpenTherm
heater in combination with a KNX individual
room control. At the same time,
it is possible to issue OT box commands
for boiler control to the boiler control
via the KNX. A new feature is the ability
to not only run pilot room control but
also maximize feed as required involving
all rooms. Heating service water with a
solar power system is equally efficient
as the amount of sunshine expected
according to weather forecasts can be
taken into account.
7" Touch with visualisation! The new
T2M2 Touch with 7 " TFT and the already
integrated visualization EisBär CE offers
an excellent price-performance. It could
be connected to the Bus with a standard
KNX-IP Interface (external). Power
supply 110-230V (internally). With the
visualization EisBär CE you can design
up to 10 pages and 500 components with
all necessary functions. Button switch,
image switch, controller, touch-point
input, background graphics, web browser,
graphical logic, sequences and light scenes
are just some of many possibilities. Of
course, with low power consumption.
With the iBiento, tci demonstrates today
how future concepts with comfort and safety
functions can be implemented – from
operating functions in the home area and
audio and lighting control in conference
rooms up to extensive comfort services
in hotel rooms. The PC-based system
has a power-saving Intel Atom CPU
and runs on Windows 7. A wide range
of application software allows flexible
configurations according to individual
specifications. The user friendly 9 inch
multi touch display permits an extra
comfortable multi-finger operation. The
iBiento combines these possible applications
with a timeless, elegant design and
maximum energy efficiency.
The ThebenHTS PlanoCentro KNX
presence detector is designed to fit almost
flush into suspended or prepared
concrete ceilings. The square frame
around the product is available in various
colours, sizes and materials to suit every
type of architecture. The PlanoCentro
has a highly sensitive square detection
area, which covers up to 100 m², meeting
the needs of energy-efficient lighting and
HVAC control. PlanoCentro controls
switching or constant-light control with
standby function for two light channels as
well as scene setting. Parameters can be
adjusted via bus object or can be optimised
and read via the optional remote control.
