Eelectron enters the residential world<br />
with the eelecta ® range, fully based on<br />
<strong>KNX</strong>. The range consists of <strong>KNX</strong> switches<br />
and a touch panel. Available in 3 colors<br />
(white, silver and black), Eelecta switches<br />
feature a central cross, which customizes<br />
the switch with different finishes, and<br />
multiform switch covers. The front has<br />
5 LED status indicators freely configurable<br />
by ETS, one for each button channel<br />
plus the corner LED which is useful for<br />
night localization. The Eelecta Switch is<br />
available in models with 4 or 8 channels,<br />
with or without temperature sensor to<br />
work with a room thermostat, with or<br />
without four rear free inputs to interface<br />
a slave version of the product or other<br />

The Current limiter module 640mA<br />
serves to limit the current for the power<br />
supply of <strong>KNX</strong> lines (building automation)<br />
using <strong>KNX</strong> compliant power packs<br />
that can provide more than 640mA. This<br />
current has to be limited to 640mA to<br />
meet the <strong>KNX</strong> standards. To achieve<br />
this special feature, an electronic fuse<br />
has been integrated that limits the line<br />
current to 640mA. In addition, a LED<br />
shows the current supply status.<br />

EGi launches the 40580 <strong>KNX</strong> Interface<br />
to communicate its Domos2 Multiroom<br />
Audio System with any home or building<br />
automation system based on <strong>KNX</strong>. Communication<br />
objects belong to 3 groups: audio<br />
and intercom, entry phone and relays.<br />
Both stack and application have been fully<br />
developed by the EGi R&D Department.<br />
Thanks to this new interface Domos2<br />
can easily be integrated into an existing<br />
<strong>KNX</strong>-based system. Audio functions such<br />
as volume control, source selection or<br />
