The report must ong>beong> completed by a consulting structural/civil engineer. Particular attention must ong>beong> paid ong>toong> accurately recording (both via phoong>toong> and in written format) existing damaged areas on the aforementioned infrastructure so that: − − Council is fully informed when assessing any damage ong>toong> public infrastructure caused as a result ong>ofong> the development, and Council is able ong>toong> refund infrastructure damage bonds, in full or parts thereong>ofong>, with accuracy. The developer may ong>beong> ong>heldong> liable ong>toong> all damage ong>toong> public infrastructure in the vicinity ong>ofong> the site, where such damage is not accurately recorded under the requirements ong>ofong> this condition prior ong>toong> the commencement ong>ofong> works. In this respect, the infrastructure damage bond lodged by the subject developer may ong>beong> used by Council ong>toong> repair the damage regardless. Prior ong>toong> the commencement ong>ofong> any works on site the applicant must submit, for review by Council Engineers, a Construction and Traffic Management Plan. The following matters must ong>beong> specifically addressed in the Plan: 1. A plan view ong>ofong> the entire site and frontage roadways indicating: − − − − − − − Dedicated construction site entrances and exits, controlled by a certified traffic controller, ong>toong> safely manage any pedestrians and construction related vehicles in the frontage roadways, Turning areas within the site for construction and spoil removal vehicles, allowing a forward egress for all construction vehicles on the site, The locations ong>ofong> any Work Zones in the frontage roadways, Location ong>ofong> proposed crane standing areas A dedicated unloading and loading point within the site for all construction vehicles, plant and deliveries Material, plant and spoil bin song>toong>rage areas within the site, where all materials are ong>toong> ong>beong> dropped ong>ofong>f and collected. The provision ong>ofong> an on-site parking area for employees, tradesperson and construction vehicles where possible 2.
