The subject site is located on the southern side <strong>of</strong> Marian Street, and the south-eastern corner <strong>of</strong>
Caithness and Marian Street, Killara. The site has a 77.8m frontage <strong>to</strong> Marian Street and a
secondary 50.3m frontage <strong>to</strong> Caithness Street. The site has a <strong>to</strong>tal area <strong>of</strong> 3628m 2 and a cross-fall
<strong>of</strong> 4m from the south-west corner <strong>to</strong> the north-east corner. The frontage <strong>to</strong> Marian Street is level
