Garbage Collecti<strong>on</strong><br />

A waste s<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>rage and collecti<strong>on</strong> area is required internally under Councils DCP 40 for Waste<br />

Management. This has <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g>en provided in the basement parking area and there is adequ<strong>at</strong>e provisi<strong>on</strong><br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g> provided for Councils waste collecti<strong>on</strong> vehicle <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> enter the subject site, collect the garbage<br />

and then exit the site.<br />

Impacts <strong>on</strong> Council Infrastructure and associ<strong>at</strong>ed works - comments<br />

The scale <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> work for this site is expected <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> damage the road shoulder, and possibly<br />

the road surface. In additi<strong>on</strong>, the applicant will <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g> required <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> provide a pedestrian footp<strong>at</strong>h link<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g>tween the foot entrances <strong>on</strong> Lam<strong>on</strong>d Drive. Accordingly, the following infrastructure works will<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g> required under this c<strong>on</strong>sent:<br />

• C<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a fully new c<strong>on</strong>crete footp<strong>at</strong>h over the site fr<strong>on</strong>tage in Lam<strong>on</strong>d Drive.<br />

Maximum cross fall <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g> 2.5% <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>wards the gutter.<br />
